Rescue – Saturday 2 April 2016

The Redcar RNLI lifeboat was tasked just after 9.30pm on Saturday 2 April 2016 when Cleveland Police requested assistance with an incident involving a man on the wrong side of the railings on Saltburn pier. The lifeboat stood by until a police negotiator persuaded the man to move away from danger.
