A Thousand Thanks!
The Crew Training Campaign received yet another fantastic boost thanks to the efforts of the Zetland Lodge of the Freemasons.

Appropriately named ofter Redcar's first lifeboat, members of the Zetland lodge visited the station in April 2007 to present a cheque for £1000 to Lifeboat Operations Manager Ian Readman.

Pictured below is Immediate Past Master Mike McLaren (left) presenting the cheque to Ian Readman (centre) as the lodge's Charity Steward Brian Whitfield (right) looks on.
