Bank Boosts Funds!
The Redcar lifeboat has received a financial boost, thanks to the Abbey bank. Val Knaggs, mother of crewmember Barry, and enthusiastic fundraiser for the station, approached the bank. Through Abbey's Community Partnership scheme, a cheque was presented to the station by Jane Laugher, representative from the Abbey's Redcar branch.
