Saving lives at sea since 1802
The crew of the Redcar lifeboat had their Christmas morning interrupted by an emergency call after a woman entered the sea at Marske. The pagers were activated at 8.26am. However as the crew were assembling, the woman was rescued from the sea by police officers and so the crew was stood down.
