Rescue - Saturday 19 September 2015
The D class lifeboat was launched at 4.27pm on Saturday 19 September 2015 after UK Coastguard received a call from a very distressed dog owner after their pet got into difficulties in the sea near the Majuba caravan park.
As the lifeboat was proceeding the crew recieved a message from UK Coastguard to say the dog was safely ashore. The lifeboat was stood down.
